“Jenkins Mechanical is hands down the BEST company I’ve ever hired for any type of maintenance or repair work. My AC stopped working late Friday night, and by Saturday morning, I was scrambling to find someone who could take a look on short notice. I did not need the stress of finals to be compounded with a broken air conditioner! After calling nine different companies for quotes, Jenkins Mechanical stood out far above the rest—they were available the same day, had very fair pricing, and didn’t charge extra weekend fees to come out and diagnose the issue. (I did my research, trust me on this!) David always arrived on time and was incredibly thorough in assessing the problem. He clearly explained what was going on, even breaking down the physics behind it in a simple, easy-to-understand way. He also took photos to show us exactly what he found and how he planned to fix it, which I really appreciated. His transparency, intelligence, problem-solving, and professionalism are unmatched. His pricing for replacement units is extremely reasonable, and it’s clear he’s not interested in upselling or recommending anything unnecessary. Also when the job took him a day longer than expected (our AC was really messed up before this), he offered to drive down a portable AC unit so that my room would be cool when I went to bed (that's a 45 minute drive each way). If that gesture doesn't show David's character and dedication to unbeatable customer service, I don't know what does. What impressed me most, though, was David’s work ethic. He worked tirelessly in the blazing heat, determined to fix the issue to the best possible standard. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, skilled, and genuinely passionate about their craft. I’m not kidding when I say I wish I could “accidentally” break a friend’s AC just so they could have the privilege of experiencing the top-tier service that Jenkins Mechanical provides. Jenkins Mechanical has definitely earned my future business and my full recommendation. Everyone deserves to have their AC fixed by this company and this company alone!
