By using this website to book a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from booking a service.

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise stated in writing. All customers are subject to COD terms. Exceptions apply only to approved commercial accounts with active service contracts under NET30, 2% Net10, or 3% COD terms as agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

2. Estimates & Pricing: Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final charges may vary based on services rendered, materials used, or site-specific conditions.

3. Work Authorization: By accepting this invoice, the customer authorizes Jenkins Mechanical LLC to perform the listed HVAC services. Additional work may require prior approval and may be billed separately.

4. Access to Property: Customer agrees to provide access to the property during normal business hours. Restricted access may result in extra charges.

5. Warranty: Jenkins Mechanical LLC provides a one (1) year labor warranty on the specific repairs performed. Failures unrelated to the serviced repair are not covered. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties only.

6. Limitation of Liability: Jenkins Mechanical LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages including property damage, loss of use, or business interruption.

6. Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $75 fee.

7. Permits: The customer is responsible for securing required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. All work complies with local, state, and federal codes. Ownership: All parts, materials, and equipment remain property of Jenkins Mechanical LLC until fully paid.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered.
